Eligibility Criteria (Educational Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce from a recognized university.
- Applicants must upload valid supporting documents.
- Computer Proficiency: Candidates should possess a minimum 6-month Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from a government-recognized institute. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and the Internet is required.

Age Limit :
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years as of 1st January 2024
- Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government norms.
Residency Requirements :
- Candidates must have Employment Exchange registration in Assam or possess a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued in Assam for educational purposes.

- Application Fee: NIL as per Government Notification No. FEG.32/2016/12 dated 21st May 2018.
- Processing Fee: Rs. 40.00/- + 18% GST = Rs. 47.20/- to be paid online.
- This fee is charged under the Digital India initiative by CSC-SPV, approved by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
