Mode of Payment : Indian Postal Order(IPO) or Demand Draft in favour of ‘Camp Commandant 41 Sub Area”.
Crossed Postal Order/Demand Draft should be issued on or after the date of publication of the advertisement. The application fee is non-refundable.
Interested applicants will submit only typed applications in English/Hindi Language as per format along with all the prescribed documents attached. The application will be forwarded by Indian post in an envelope endorsed with ‘Application for the post of Barber’ on the top of the envelope. Application by hand will not be entertained.
The following documents duly self-attested are required to be submitted along with the application form:
a) Photocopy of Education qualification certificate/mark sheet of a recognized board.
b) Photocopy of birth certificate (proof of age) issued by Registrar/Matriculation certificate of recognized board.
c) Aadhar Card(proof of address)
d) Two self addressed envelope ,affixed with Rs.25/-stamps on each for registered post for dispatch of acknowledgement/admit card.
e) In addition to photo pasted on application and acknowledgement card, one passport size photo (not older than three months)be enclosed .Photo should be without wearing cap, goggles & mask with name and father’s name written on reverse. Do not put any mark or signature on the photograph.
