- Ph.D. in Marketing Management with first class or equivalent grade in MBA (Pharma.) OR MBA OR
- M. Com with marketing as specialization with a very good academic record throughout and at least 5 years of post Ph. D. teaching / research / industrial experience with published work of high quality.

2.Name of the post : Technical Supervisor Grade-I/Scientist Grade-I
- Pay level : 10, Pay range – Rs. 56,100-1,77,500/-

- Educational Qualification & Experience:
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Chemistry with 55% marks with six (06) years post M.Sc. research/teaching experience. OR M. Pharm. with four (04) years post M.Pharm. research/teaching experience.
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 years
3.Name of the post : Assistant Gr. I (Finance & Accounts)
- Pay level : 06, Pay range – Rs. 35,400-1,12,400/-
- No. of Posts: 01 (One) [UR-01 ]
- Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Commerce graduate with 50% marks from a recognized University/ Institute with 7 years experience including at least 5 years in the immediate lower level in a Government Department/ University/ Research Institute of repute in maintenance of accounts as per Government procedure. Working knowledge of computer for accounting purpose.
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 years.
