- Educational Qualification (as of 01 October 2024): Passed 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from a recognized board. Must be a domicile of the State/UT under the Regional Office jurisdiction to which you’re applying. Should be an undergraduate as of 01.10.2024 (Graduates and those with higher qualifications are not eligible).
- Ex-Servicemen : Must have passed at least 10th Standard and rendered a minimum of 15 years of defense service.
